Con Badge Information

Con badges—they’re a rite of passage and a key component of attending conventions and fan gatherings! Walden badges are full color, laminated, and include a badge clip. If you’d like to order a badge, please review the information below, browse the Con Badge Gallery to see samples, and fill out the Con Badge Order Form when you’re ready!

There are three ways to get a con badge:

1. Convention pick-up. If you’ll be attending an event I’ll be at, you can pre-order and pick it up with no shipping fees! Check my list of upcoming events, or watch for announcements on my Telegram channel, Bluesky, Mastodon, or FurAffinity. Make sure to order at least a month ahead of time or as soon as they’re announced to guarantee completion and delivery time.

2. Mail-order delivery. If you need a badge sooner or for an event I won’t be attending, you can have your badge delivered via USPS, in a discrete, sealed cardboard carton. A batch of orders is usually done every few months, but you can also specify a date if you need it for a particular event. (A postage and packaging fee will be added. Postal rates are subject to change over time, and international shipping outside the U.S. may be in flux.)

3. Digital delivery. If you only want the digital file to use or print yourself, we can do that! Select “Mail-order badge” on the form, and then choose “Digital copy via email only.”
